The experience I had with the staff was extremely disappointing. One of the older staff members was particularly rude and unprofessional. ( i guess she is from Philippines)She appeared disengaged, standing with her hands behind her back and watching us in a way that felt judgmental and disrespectful. Rose at the Lacoste store in Leduc Mall was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive and incredibly helpful with her recommendations. She took the time to answer all my questions and even pulled out all the available colors for me to try, even though I only ended up buying one item. That level of patience and care really stood out. Truly a gem and a big reason I’d happily come back. Great customer service!!!
Since when do people have to mandatory give their first and last name in order to make a purchase at a store? That is what they told me here very rudely, and if you don’t they apparently do t sell to you.
