Since when do people have to mandatory give their first and last name in order to make a purchase at a store? That is what they told me here very rudely, and if you don’t they apparently do t sell to you.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. Their staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and the store policy is extremely unfair—NO refunds, only exchanges. This lack of flexibility shows poor customer service and respect for buyers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Spend your money somewhere that values customers and offers fair policies

Kind staff, always willing to help, and very generous as well as understanding!! Genuinely, I have never experienced a bad experience when shopping in this store. The staff always greets you with welcoming arms when you step in and warm smiles. They also have great prices and amazing discounts, will always be worth the visit.

Terrible customer service and an even worse return policy. I bought a few T-shirts from their airport outlet, and on the very first day of wearing one, a drop of soup fell on it, causing the color to fade. When I went back to the store, I was met with an appalling attitude from the staff, who blamed me by saying the soup contained lemon, which supposedly acts like bleach — essentially making it my fault.
