Despite the high prices, we buy Lacoste because it’s great quality and fits well. We have been back to this store repeatedly because Connie and Alicia are so awesome! Lacoste is unbelievable! NO REFUNDS. Even tried to return something just after purchasing. NOPE they've got your money and you cant get it back. They issued a credit on a card. Then guess what? When I came back in 6 months later the credit doesnt work. What did they do to resolve it? Nothing.
I spent way too much money in Lacoste they had great deals everywhere. The staff very patient and helpful. I asked a million questions and they answered them all. They even gave their input my clothing selection when I asked
