Terrible customer service. I called to report the rude behavior of the staff from the day earlier. I was told on the phone that the store manager is away and will call me in a couple of hours when they get back. I did not receive any follow up calls.. No wonder the staff feel zero accountability to be rude when the staff manager is this incompetent.

The customer service here is absolutely terrible, the male associates are not helpful, he kept repeating that there is nothing that he can do, while smiling at us and telling us to calm down. We were calmly asking to speak to a manager which then the problem was resolved but it was a huge inconvenience to get it a solution

if there is negative star I would give. worst customer service ever ! just bought today a bag. I asked if there's any stock and I was told that was the last one. but when I looked around, there is still another one of the same color. Then I see a different color, I asked if I could change it and I was refused, not even 10 mins since I paid, did not even went out the store yet, I was told I can only exchange after 3 days
