I had a very disappointing experience with Lacoste Metrotown. On June 11, I purchased a pair of shoes that was not available in my size at the store. The staff told me the shoes would be shipped to my home and that delivery would take about 5 business days. After waiting 11 days with no updates, I finally contacted the store myself. My experience with the service at this store was unfortunately not satisfactory. I visited the branch to return a bag and shoes purchased from an official retailer, but I initially faced a lack of cooperation from the staff. Excellent customer service from the manager and staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The discounts were great, and I left very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend this Lacoste location!
