I purchased a product from you. After waiting 10 days, I noticed that there were no tracking updates at all. Your live chat does not work properly. I called and after waiting 10 minutes, I finally reached your line and was told that I would receive a response within 24 hours. Later, I saw that a refund had been issued to me, even though I did not request a refund.
