All of the staff and management here are absolutely wonderful. However one employee named Alex she help me many times in the past with purchases. She has exceptional customer skills and went above and beyond In assisting me. I hope she gets recognized but her supervisor. This is a wonderful store to shop at.
"Jose" was rude and unprofessional. I was making an exchange and he began asking me random questions like if I had a cat, because he saw a single strand of fur on the polo. I literally bought 2 polos yesterday, they're brand new with tags. He kept saying that there were stains on it.. they're brand new.. He had a big attitude for only getting paid minimum wage. The employees are unwelcoming and unfriendly, they get annoyed if you ask for help and don't do their job. One of the male employees with long fingernails was provocative and kept getting angry when I wanted a refund for store credit on two polos I bought the day before.
