My visit to the Lacoste store was extremely disappointing. I found a pair of pants I wanted to try on, but I was told that the fitting room was closed due to “not enough staff.” This was shocking, considering that there were no other customers in the store — only myself and my partner — while two or three sales associates were present. 50 min waiting outside already.... still waiting It makes no sense, people comes out nobody let anybody in, the store is not busy. Lacoste is the only store that has 30 people waiting in line outside and it doesn't let them in !!!!!! The mall is not busy once again, the store is not busy, I see workers inside just walking around waiting for customers but nobody takes the lead to let us in.... Only store in the entire outlet mall, which makes you deposit your shopping bag at the front when you enter the store. The only scared ones , very funny. Would avoid going there, there are many Lacoste stores in the bar area !

Horrible service, they should train their employees otherwise nobody won’t want to spend their money
