I came in to buy a shirt, not audition for “Most Annoyed Employee of the Year.” Asked this lady if they had large size and got a sigh so deep I thought she was paying my credit card bill. Customer service left the store before I did. Apparently the clearance section comes with clearance-level customer service too. Came here to report, didn’t know these people already are famous for these kind of behavior.
It is 6:53 and they close at 8:00 pm. Worker states they are closed and not letting anyone in the store. Beware they don’t stay open at the times listed.
It looked like they had some great deals that I was willing to spend a lot on actually and was looking forward to shopping here. However, the staff said they wouldn't let me in without checking in my shopping bags to leave with them while I looked around their shop... No thank you and had most likely lost a few hundred in sales over it
I had a really disappointing experience at this Lacoste store. As soon as I approached the entrance, the staff told me I had to leave my small plastic bag at the counter before they would even let me walk in. It wasn’t the policy itself that bothered me — it was the attitude. The way they said it was rude, unprofessional, and completely unwelcoming. Their sizes are not standard. I wanted to exchange (size only) a shirt I got as a gift from a friend and they wouldn't do it because it had been more than 30 days from purchase. I was further annoyed that I wasted time looking for a couple of other items since I was there. NeedIess to say, I had an immediate changed of my mind. I'm avoiding the brand going forward.
