Me and my husband we love this brand but every time we shop there and we find that Asian lady (apparently she is a manager) my experience is horrible. She never welcome customer, she never help you and she avoid eye contact, she looks always upset and annoyed by us, she answer questions with cold approach and she is just obsessed with cleaning but she doesn’t know how to do customer service. Needs another store manager.
I would like to share my unpleasant experience at the outlet. There is an Asian lady , I am not sure if she is the manager who behaves in a very cold and unprofessional manner every time she’s there when entering the store. She never greets and when asked for assistance she looks visibly annoyed and gives the impression that she has no intention of assisting you further she always has negative attitude.
