I would like to share my unpleasant experience at the outlet. There is an Asian lady , I am not sure if she is the manager who behaves in a very cold and unprofessional manner every time she’s there when entering the store. She never greets and when asked for assistance she looks visibly annoyed and gives the impression that she has no intention of assisting you further she always has negative attitude. I shopped at this store today on 7/6/2025 but was met with very rude behavior from the cashier who was a very young gentleman. I always shop there but today I was very upset
Lacoste ,located in Leesburg is my favorite place for all my needs.This time I saved a lot because of many discounts 40%,50% and 70%. The customer service doing great service and helping out with respect. Thank you.
