Poor customer service,
Great inventory with great prices.
Me and my husband we love this brand but every time we shop there and we find that Asian lady (apparently she is a manager) my experience is horrible. She never welcome customer, she never help you and she avoid eye contact, she looks always upset and annoyed by us, she answer questions with cold approach and she is just obsessed with cleaning but she doesn’t know how to do customer service.
