Kindest and most patient young lady always helpful to me and it's so personable and truthful I genuinely enjoy shopping at the store and the fabrics last a really, really long time which is amazing, unisex clothing options
Bad customer service.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. The women working there is extremely rude. we tried opening the door at 10:05 and it was locked. The women is on the desk and sees us and ignores us. We wait another 5 minutes and try again. She comes to the door and rudely yells we need another 10 minutes to open. when we politely say we thought u open at 10, she starts saying that we are being very rude and she will not deal with this.
