Bad customer service.
Absolutely horrendous customer service. The women working there is extremely rude. we tried opening the door at 10:05 and it was locked. The women is on the desk and sees us and ignores us. We wait another 5 minutes and try again. She comes to the door and rudely yells we need another 10 minutes to open. when we politely say we thought u open at 10, she starts saying that we are being very rude and she will not deal with this. Had such a great experience at the Lacoste store at Monroe Outlet! Sherrie and Matt were incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond to help me track down additional sizes without hesitation. Their friendliness and attention made the whole shopping trip feel easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine—definitely a standout experience.
