My experience at this Lacoste location was uncomfortable and disappointing. My boyfriend and I were shopping when he made a light, awkward comment about leaving the store. A sales associate overheard and responded in a confrontational tone, saying she had hearing aids and asking aggressively what he said. Very poor & rude customer service. Both Lady staff are very bad. They waste my almost 1.5 hrs for service.

The manager lacks experience and ethical conduct in dealing with customers. She claims to be the store manager, but I doubt it. Was she working next to the fitting room? The store only has one fitting room, and it's packed with customers. If it were up to me, I would put a zero below zero, I would put it without hesitation.

Isaac and Kyla were not friendly during my visit. I purchased a shirt at Lacoste, and at checkout, Isaac simply pushed the bag with my purchase toward me without any courtesy. Overall, the employees came across as rude and unwelcoming. They should recognize that they are representing the brand, and because of this experience, I will no longer be shopping here.
