I had an exceptional experience at the Lacoste Outlet in Ellenton thanks to Alfredo Lopez. He truly went above and beyond to help me find two exact outfits in my size that had previously been ordered and not picked up. Instead of just telling me they were unavailable, Alfredo personally called multiple stores that had the items, confirmed they weren’t on hold, and arranged to have them shipped to me. Good selection at this store at a good discount during their sales!
Store is well organized. I enjoy this brand, but the assistant manager was not too friendly with an interaction I saw with another person in this store which was off putting.
Hello everyone o Wendy to lacoste in ellenton for my twin boys birthday and buy two set of shoes and is not what kids wanted so I went back the next day and returned and the employees say I can’t refund cause so I ask to call corporate and they didn’t want to this is a very poor service I don’t recommend to shop for any gift cause you be screwed for wanting to gift a gift pls don’t shop here very bad no refunds they don’t say anything about it
