I tried to return a pair of shoes due to a clear product defect, but the sales associate was unhelpful and unwilling to assist. He did not want to process the return and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Cheapest brand I have ever seen! Worse than Gap! They have terrible customer service (you can only call). My package was missing and they said I should just file a police report! Don't risk your money on them!
