Return policy at this Lacoste store is very poor. I brought my items back the very next day, but they refused to process a return and made me feel forced to purchase something else that I did not want. Very disappointing customer service.
I tried to return a pair of shoes due to a clear product defect, but the sales associate was unhelpful and unwilling to assist. He did not want to process the return and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I later went to a different Lacoste store and was able to complete the return without any problems, which makes this experience even more frustrating. Cheapest brand I have ever seen! Worse than Gap! They have terrible customer service (you can only call). My package was missing and they said I should just file a police report! Don't risk your money on them!
