No customer service at all!! They just kelp working never spoke to us, till after 15-20 minutes of walking around and only because my husband picked up something to buy. I understand there are things to get done, but I will not spend my money in a place that I'm not welcome in. I too work in customer service and this place needs help on what that means!! They did speck to the 2 other groups of people who walked in after us, but nothing else.
The receptionist's service was terrible; it was as if I owed her money.
It's just terrible! the staff does not sell goods that are in the sales hall. The reason for cutting it is that it is the last product, and nowhere do they say that it is not for sale!
