We had a fantastic experience at the Lacoste store at Sawgrass Mills today. Juan assisted us throughout our entire visit and went above and beyond to help us find everything we needed. He patiently answered all of our questions, searched for different sizes and styles, and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. We kept joking that he deserved a raise—or at least a commission—because of how much effort he put into helping us! Very disappointing experience at Lacoste. The item was purchased only a few days ago, and we came back today to return/exchange it. Even though we provided proof of purchase through our bank transaction and mobile payment history, the staff refused to help because we didn’t have the paper receipt. The item was unused and clearly recently purchased. The customer service felt inflexible, dismissive, and far below what you would expect from a premium brand.
