Very disappointing experience at Lacoste. The item was purchased only a few days ago, and we came back today to return/exchange it. Even though we provided proof of purchase through our bank transaction and mobile payment history, the staff refused to help because we didn’t have the paper receipt. The item was unused and clearly recently purchased. The customer service felt inflexible, dismissive, and far below what you would expect from a premium brand.
Chantal was amazing - took the time to help me extensively and she found the shirt that I wanted in Aurora Illinois - off to Illinois
Despite the negative reviews, I actually had a great experience here. I needed something for the Miami Open in the SAME DAY and i found something..I was assisted as soon as I walked in and they were nice and helpful. Maybe I just went on the right day🤣
