The lady with glasses at the register was very rude. The price an associate gave me inside the store changed by the time I checked out. Furthermore, the cashier was extremely impatient and refused to let me speak. It is disappointing to see someone with that attitude working in customer service.
I had a wonderful experience at the lacoste store in Sawgrass mall. They treated me like royalty from the time I came into the store . Jeslyn helped me through out the store to get the sizes I needed for my husband. Alandra went in the back to find a bag to match my sneakers. Karen processed my exchange with ease .
