My grandson loved his clothes
I love this store and getting good deals on my favorite brand, plus the people who work there are great. The shirt I got below is my favorite polo to wear of all time.The store always seems to be running a decent promotion for their product and they’re very efficient at the registers with knowledge of pricing as well as customer service.
I called and Andy answered the phone. He immediately helped me find what I was looking for (a size medium bathing suit in the dead of winter). He even set them aside for me and helped me pick out a few. 60% off! A 90 dollar bathing suit for 30 bucks. Hard to find customer service this prompt and helpful these days. Will certainly be back. Can’t go wrong at this outlet.
Horrible Customer Service Stay Away! Bought shoes that were defective and injured my foot during a 15min walk. The customer service assistant said that shoes ones used are not returnable, even if they have a factory default that injured my foot. I am shocked… Just as evidence a picture of the shoes after wearing them for 15min in the box, considered not returnable. Again, for your own safety, stay away!
lousy service they do not make changes you size for one not having the box and the problem is not that, the problem is that they do not tell you when you buy
