Come once a year to add to my shoe collection and this year was a disappointment. The selection was minimal. The real disappointment was in the customer service. Totally new sales associates and what a dramatic difference in service. Was not busy at all but you couldn’t get an individual to leave the counter for service. I had asked about a couple shirt sizes and was greeted with “this is the only size we have.” Immediately asked the supervisor if they had more sizes and the response was yes…unfortunately he went MIA for 10 ... read more
The customer service is wonderful the salespeople are very courteous and helpful. The shopping experience at this store is truly excellent.

Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in a Lacoste store and I’d give that thanks to Andres, probably one of the best employees I’ve met; super charismatic and solved all our questions and proactive 🙏🏻👌🏻
