I had a very disappointing experience at this store. Their staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, and the store policy is extremely unfair—NO refunds, only exchanges. This lack of flexibility shows poor customer service and respect for buyers. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Spend your money somewhere that values customers and offers fair policies
They deserve 0 stars, but that wasn’t an option, so I had to give 1. I bought a hoodie 2 days ago and didn’t like the fit after trying it at home. When I went back to return it for a refund, I was only offered store credit — and it can only be used at the outlet location, which Edmonton only has one of! I simply wanted my money back, but apparently refunds aren’t an option. This is such a disappointing and unfair policy. Customers should be able to get their money back if they’re not satisfied with the product
I had a very frustrating experience at the Lacoste store. I went there simply to exchange an item, but the staff's behavior was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of helping resolve a straightforward issue, they made me feel like I was a burden. There was no courtesy, no clear communication, and absolutely no willingness to assist. I expect much better from a brand like Lacoste. This experience has seriously made me reconsider shopping here again.
