Why is it so difficult to get tax information on phone?No one will answer?
I didn’t expect much from this place but the woman that answered my call hung up on me then the office would not answer past 330pm. I’m sure they want to go home but an hour to close is not too crazy to get one piece of information about a bill I am trying to PAY that I have not yet received in the mail. I’m trying to give these guys money and of course getting a hold of anyone or speaking to a manager for service is unspeakable. I just received a delinquent tax bill from the county for 2020.Its impossible to pay a tax bill when you never get the original...Correct???
