Lacey is not only great at her job but she is kind and makes the treatment enjoyable. Also the spa is really clean
I started writing this review while having a pedicure but we started chatting and having too much fun for me to finish. Over the last couple years, I've seen her for laser, sugaring, pedicures, and skin care advice. In addition to fun chats, Lacey is a true professional adhering to the highest standards of her trade and customer service. She clearly explains each treatment as well as her appointment & office procedures. I'm so glad I found Lacey in Waterdown!
Lacey is very knowledgable and has been in the field for many years. Having a full schedule speaks to how in demand she is. Always pre-book to ensure you get your preferred appointment times. She is very particular in providing top notch service and her pedicure is like no other. (I drive half hour to her location). Thanks Lacey for all that do!
Had some sugaring done by a younger girl, it was my first time there. She was lovely and attentive. I'm not sure if I'll be back though. While I was waiting for my appointment, she was having a hard time with the debit machine and needed her bosses help. I won't go on to explain in detail what I heard and saw but will say that it made me feel very awkward and bad for the employee.
