The cooks and the cna's were absolutely outstanding. This review is based off my experience as a maintenance person. It was stressed on the need for new furniture, new flooring, fix the a/c in L1 and, the need for more care staff. Site management did their best to no avail. It's not if, but when the downfall happens, the blame rests on corporate nanagement and their lack providing an in good working order facility. A proper budget will help ensure a nice facility. They do not allow residents the freedom to leave the facility for outings with family. It’s a really suspicious facility.
It started out good when we placed my mom there almost 2 years ago in 2022. Within the past 6 months or so her care and the facility have gone downhill drastically. The few caregivers that were originally there with my mom that are still there are great! They do really care about my mom. However they are only the caregivers and have no say on how drastically they cut their staffing. Some days there are only 2 caregivers for appx 30 residents on a shift. The facility can’t seem to keep an RN on staff. I’ve been through at lea... read more
