Lace and Grace Boutique sent me someone else's order. I reached out to the company immediately to notify them of the mistake and took my own personal time to help them resolve it. It has now almost been two full weeks and Lace and Grace is refusing a refund, or to ship my order of a BedStu Bag and Wallet. They will leisurely email you about their mistake, but will hold onto your money. I wish I had seen the prior reviews on here before purchasing.
I absolutely loved the dress itself! I found it last minute for a wedding and was so excited to get the dress. I followed the size guide provided by Lace & Grace Boutique, but unfortunately the dress ended up being too big. I will say that the boutique was very quick to respond when I reached out about exchanging for a different size, and the time crunch I was in, which I appreciated.
