The fellow in the picture purposely held up traffic on the 401 (eastbound around Belleville Wed afternoon) for many kms by sitting in the left lane of a two lane stretch and matching the speed of the truck in the right lane. When the truck in the right lane slowed down a little to let him pass - his brake lights came on and he slowed to match. When we finally drove by him - he was waving and smiling like an excited puppy.
