My father has recently been in Laburnum Lodge and the care he received has been excellent. Living in Australia and being so far away has been terribly hard on me, but the constant updates and communication from the staff has been superb. All questions asked were dealt with promptly and dad reports he has been very well cared for. Thank you to the entire team.
The nurses and doctors are amazing here , the nurses are hard working , friendly and so polite! It's a calming and professional place that's helps you get back on your feet.
Definitely one of the nicest and seemingly well run homes I've seen.

Never under any circumstances ever let your relatives stay here. The food isnt fit for a dog. The rooms are worse than prison cells. The staff are rude and short tempered borderline abusive. They have failed to record medication and sent a patient home with no perscriptions as their "doctor" didnt record a single bit of it. They all want sacking and the place burning to the ground.
