I called and booked an appointment for 8:30 PM. When I arrived, they told me my appointment had been cancelled because they had “called me.” I asked them which number they called, and they gave me a phone number that isn’t mine. Despite it clearly being their mistake, they didn’t apologize or offer me another appointment. I wasted my time driving there for nothing. Very disappointing customer service.
