Ashton did a great job rehabbing my son's foot injury so he could get back to soccer.
Laboratory Fitness has made a big difference in my life. I have been going there, using the Vasper machine, Bemer, and other equipment for over 4 years now. I have also done Physical Therapy at Laboratory Fitness and it has all helped me a lot.
Staci is an awesome trainer! She is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is easily understandable. She is attentive and gives encouraging corrective feedback. I highly recommend training with her! She makes me feel empowered and strong!
I've worked out at Lab Fit for close to 3 years and I love it. I also had PT on my shoulder there. Great people! Great workout options, too.
Lab Fit is a great place to be associated with. I love it. I use it 6 days a week and I have seen tremendous progress over the last 10 months.
