I cannot believe how helpful these folks in the L&I office are, as frustrating as business paperwork can be, and confusing as it is sometimes. The people behind the desk are patient and helpful, and are there to make sure that I get my paperwork done correctly. Thank you! If you have any questions, just come down, they will give you the next step, even bring your laptop and they have wifi so that you can do the work here.

Insurance expired, a day later they sending me a letter , your insurance expired!! This way they can collect $58 !! Everyone else let you know if your documents expired !! Open only 3 days , from 9-3 pm !! Everyone working in this hours !! 🤮

If I could give lower I would. What other than a government agency can be open 3 days a week less than 6 hours a day? And that’s a huuuge increase from the past 3 years! Very grumpy staff, and you feel like your taking time away from what they should be doing when we pay for permits to finance them
