Service department is seriously lacking work ethic and know how very lazy I brought in chainsaw purchased from them with broken pull cord to be fixed after 8 weeks of waiting and 3 friendly stop ins to check on it Still not fixed took it home still broken taking my business elsewhere.
They have quality products at reasonable prices.
