the bill pay send checks are taking 14 days or longer. and labette uses 3rd party services "i pay". better off hand writting check, blames mailman or city. i know did my part. also, tried getting checkout like in 3 min "lack activity", also try hassle to view venders past 90 days, have to put alot info to get there.
