The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and the environment was perfect. Abby did an amazing job! However, I was quoted one price over the phone, but when it came time to pay, I was told the quote was incorrect and ended up being charged a different amount. As someone who works in the service industry, I make it a priority to honor quotes—whether given over text or on a call—so this situation was disappointing.
