Staff were very helpful without being intrusive—which is a hard balance to find! They were kind and friendly, helped me with finding the item that I needed, and offered honest feedback on the items that I tried on. I was impressed with the clothing and the experience.
I love this store! I travel a lot and sometimes think I might find better items in bigger cities. That is NOT THE CASE. Label carries quality brands and has fantastic customer service. I have consistently shopped at the Bentonville location for the last several years. The sales people have always been patient and kind. They are helpful but not pushy at all. I’ve been shopping here since they first opened years ago. It gets better every year! My favorite boutique in NWA!
