The worst place to come and get unloaded you have to drop your trailer in the back drive passed the check in office back to the front then walk back to the back to check in then walk back to the your truck and wait I checked in online at 7:30 this morning for a 9am appt didn’t get a door till 10:30 and I only have 6 pallets it’s 1pm and I’m still waiting I’ve missed my load to pu at noon to go home and I’m stuck here The WORST PLACE TO COME!!!!!!!!!
By appointment, check in 5 minutes before got a door right away.
Very long time to unloaded... at dock 5 am - finished11:00 ( parking on the street, check in online)
Appt time at 9am. Got here at 8:50a (heavy traffic) if you are at the pilot, or Ta leave early. Got a door right away. Departed at 1pm. Step 1 You park your trailer at assigned door. 2. Disconnect and go to waiting area park. 3. WALK paperwork to receiving door. 4. Walk back to truck until you get lumber request. 5. Pay lumber request from truck 6. Wait for text to pick up paper work. 7. Walk back to receiving to retrieve paperwork. 8. Walk back to truck 9. Get trailer and leave. They do have a shuttle
