I purchased a bike on line and I needed a professional to assemble it. Bill at Lab Cyclery is now a convenient mobile operation. Bill not only did a great job puting the bike together but made some suggestions to improve the bike to fit me better. He got me terrific accessories. I plan on Bill doing any repairs or tune ups in the future. It is so much better than having to take your bike into a bike shop. Jim Walsh
I've done business with Bill before at his former shop location with great results. I have a 12 year old large frame GIANT hybrid. Gets about 1,000 miles on hard surface each year. I needed to have the bike serviced and tuned up last week. Bill responded to my text immediately and I was able to drop the bike at his location to expedite the fix. My wife has an off road wheelchair and the brakes needed bleeding. We like in the Charleston SC area and I could not find one bike shop in the area who would touch this job. Very disappointing. So I expanded my search area and found Bill at Lab Cyclery in Blufton, SC nearly 100 miles away who said he could do it. Bill is incredible.
