Nice store & environment. BUT, was told one price on the phone, then got another price AFTER the job was done. Mistakes happen & I’m not perfect, BUT $30 dollar difference is a $30 dollar difference. Be more clear on the phone & confirm the job/price before you start.
They are very professional, get pricing, excellent work, and very friendly. My phone was fixed quickly and works perfectly again. 10/10 would recommend.
Good service quality work timely matter
Extremely disappointed with the service. I’ve had to come here 3 times in one week. The first replacement screen cracked and the display stopped working within two days. I paid again for another screen, only for that one to completely pop off the phone. When they refused to refund me, the situation got so frustrating that I had to have the police come out to mediate. After paying twice and having both repairs fail, the lack of customer service was just as bad as the repairs. Would not recommend.
