Ordered a custom couch that we waited months for. Delivered with movers who showed zero respect for our home, needed us to provide a photo of how to assemble and the couch has so much damage on the leather it looks like it fell off the truck. What a disappointing experience for a premium product.
The Lazyboy showroom was very impressive. Our salesman Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to the furniture that would best suit our needs. Jeff worked very well along side the designer Lisa. She was fabulous with new, up to date ideas to make our house a home. I would highly recommend this team.
