Buyer beware, once you receive your delivery, you cannot return for an exchange. This is a big problem because you are unaware of the poor quality until you sit in for a couple days.

The La-Z-Boy services center was helpful getting my furniture loaded, and it was ready for me. One of the pieces was built with a slight lean, but I took care of it with a well placed shim!
La Z Boy repair services is excellent! They came yesterday & replaced the broken bolt on my 13 year old swivel rocker recliner & replaced some other worn bolts &/or bearings. My wonderful old & comfortable chair is back in service & no longer squeaks! Thank you La Z Boy!
