I honestly can't say enough about the service manager Grace and her excellent customer service skills and that's extremely difficult to find these dayI would like to thank Manny Aransas the service technician for his outstanding work. They turned Grandads old Lazyboy, into a quiet, comfortable chair again...FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST OF A NEW ONE!
I drove to Nanimo to pick up some leather chairs I ordered. The two guys who helped me were very friendly. They loaded the chairs and secured them in, and I was on my way in no more than 10 minutes
Excellent service. Quick results and reasonably priced.
Very good service from both the Service Manager and the visiting technician. Kevin visited my home and repaired my recliner with excellent results- He was hard working and knowledgeable effecting the necessary repairs. Both employees extremely polite and helpful-says a lot about the company they work for👍
