After-sale care with Grace Pawlik, Comfort Care Manager, is the best consistent experience I have had in a very long time. The product is good so the extended warranty may not be need but IF something comes up in those 7 years Grace is the best to deal with. One chair has been perfect. The other one a few hiccups over the years. Quick call and resolved quickly with zero headache. Worth every penny. Thank you, Grace!

They turned Grandads old Lazyboy, into a quiet, comfortable chair again...FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST OF A NEW ONE!
I drove to Nanimo to pick up some leather chairs I ordered. The two guys who helped me were very friendly. They loaded the chairs and secured them in, and I was on my way in no more than 10 minutes
