Suzanne gave me wonderful service and I am thrilled with my beautiful electric recliner which is top of the range and will last me my lifetime and give me comfort and joy. Thank you Suzanne and LazyBoy for this superb chair. I don't hesitate to give 5 stars for friendly professional service and a superb recliner.
having purchased the large recliner I find that the foot rest doesn't extend enough to hold my feet. ie my feet hang over the end. I am 182cm tall . I have to fold it up to exit the chair which if the phone rings can take a long time. Overall still good though.
I could not be more happy with my recliner very comfy would not do without it .
Highly recommend lazy boy kawana Kylie is a lovely person. Excellent service and easy to communicate with had a great chat and very knowledgeable around the products and felt very looked after.
After extensive research on lounge room furniture we came to the realisation that the la-z-Boy range was far superior in design and comfort to anything we had seen . Kieth and his staff were extremely knowledgable and professional in assisting us to select the particular style and fabric that suited us. This is our second la-z-boy purchase and we would have no hesitation in buying this brand again in the future
