Our elderly mother's chair had failed and we needed an urgent fix due to her dependency and daily use. Suzanne at La-z-boy Kawana was very helpful with her advice and support in getting to the bottom of the problem. She listened carefully to all the information we supplied and offered good trouble shooting advice and supply of a remote that saw the chair back in use in no time.

I broke my neck last Friday. While I was happy that I could still walk, the neck brace meant that sleeping in a bed was nearly impossible. I had an urgent need for a recliner. Jodi down at La-z-boy in Kawana had the chair I needed in stock and had the team at A&E Transport organised in a heart beat. She was so efficient that the chair arrived an hour after I got home and I have just had a blissful afternoon asleep in my new Dallas Pwer Recliner. Great chair, good price and fantastic service. Today we bought two recliners and Suzanne was absolutely amazing. She helped us understand the product and gave us great demonstrations on how to get the most out of the fabulous chairs.
