I was served by David at Kawana branch. On both my visits he answered my queries thoroughly and respectfully. His customer service was excellent. This resulted in me ordering a La-Z-Boy quality recliner.
I was attended to by Jodi this morning while browsing through the store. She was extremely polite and courteous, with an extensive amount of product knowledge and information. This is the 2nd time I have been into this store, and both customer service assistants were excellent to deal with, no pressure, just honest advice.
We love our La-Z-Boy furniture and the staff at Kawana were very happy to help and assist. Lovely friendly staff.
We are very happy with our new Sofa. Excellent quality and was in stock ready for immediate delivery. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend purchasing a product from Lazyboy.
