I was attended to by Jodi this morning while browsing through the store. She was extremely polite and courteous, with an extensive amount of product knowledge and information. This is the 2nd time I have been into this store, and both customer service assistants were excellent to deal with, no pressure, just honest advice.
We love our La-Z-Boy furniture and the staff at Kawana were very happy to help and assist. Lovely friendly staff.
We are very happy with our new Sofa. Excellent quality and was in stock ready for immediate delivery. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience and we would highly recommend purchasing a product from Lazyboy.

We are on the search for a new Lounge and popped into Lazy Boy at Kawana, the service we were given by Jodi was incredible. She was able to answer all our questions, we were not rushed at all even though we stated we were in the research stage. When we are ready, we will be back, thanks Jodi for great service.
