I’m very happy with my shopping experience at La-Z-Boy in Hartsdale My sales associate was very helpful. She understood what I was looking for and then made excellent suggestions. She was also very flexible when I made adjustments with my order. I look forward to returning for a few more pieces
I wasn’t happy with the chair when I got it home, and I wanted to return it. I was given the run around and basically told that I was unable to return it.
