If you are a first time furniture buyer, beware of this location. This is my first time moving out, and I came to La-Z-Boy to buy a chair, and I shared with the salesman, whose name is Ammar, That this was my first time buying a piece of furniture and my first time moving out, which I now know was a mistake. I’m not happy with the fact that my aunt’s health has declined after having her brand new La-Z-Boy chair for about a week. She was not aware that she would need a lift. They told her she would have to buy a new chair with a lift. My aunt’s mobility had declined after one week of owning this chair! I sent an email to the CEO, I have not heard anything back from the store or her! My aunt is elderly and disabled and I am not happy about this!
