The customer service was amazing. I am so excited with my purchase.
What we had here is a failure to communicate - wife wanted a power chair, when we went to a store, we found a Joel chair we liked, and sat in it in the store. The chair we sat in was a manual chair, comfy, felt right. She was planning on using the chair to nurse our infant son. We pick out the fabric, order it, and are told it will take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Okay, sure, it’s custom furniture, we understand. Barbara was great, she helped us find the perfect rocker and glider for our nursery. But wasn’t any pressure at all. She also helped us look at a couple of sleeper sofas that we were interested in. We can’t wait for our la-z-boy to be delivered!!!
