Customer service was great. Our Design Consultant was Michelle Brown Barten and she was very helpful, considerate. I can't comment on my purchase because it is being made ad takes 6 weeks for it to be delivered.
Our sales representative (Jennifer) was very helpful and willing to work with us to get the look we wanted.
We recently purchased a sleeper-bed sofa from Pat Isbister at the Winnipeg location, which we’ll receive in about 6 weeks (so I can’t comment on that yet). We’ve worked with Pat before and appreciate her knowledge of the product, her friendliness, and that she listens to the customer. We’re happy with our previous purchases that were still using after more than 30 years.
