Let me start by saying that the customer service in this store is top shelf. Very friendly, very informative, and a great atmosphere. My wife and I went in to just check things out because we figured it would be above our budget, but there was a great sale going on, so that made things easier to swallow. Would I say that this was the best furniture transaction we've ever had? Not really. That honour would go back years ago when we bought our first living room set when we got married 25 years ago. My wife and I bought a new couch and loveseat from la z boy Nanaimo it took 11weeks to arrive..(specialty ordered)..the delivery was perfect, arrived at 8:30am the delivery people were absolutely fantastic...up 13 stairs and set it up where we wanted 'em too ....the whole delivery took 10 minutes...great service...great delivery..we are happy... We purchased a lazyboy yesterday and had a great experience. Alicia was so knowledgeable and professional, she really knows the product and has such a good personality. We were actually in there just to look but ended up purchasing a chair, so we’re very happy customers. Thank you Alicia.
Don’t but their couches that have recliners. The spring system is uneven and will cause long lasting hip pain
Choosing our living room furniture turned out a whole lot of fun with the staff at LazyBoy Nanaimo. They have wonderful design skills plus a 3D room planner to provide the visuals. There were enough choices instore that we could fulfill our needs in one place, very convenient!
