Let me start by saying that the customer service in this store is top shelf. Very friendly, very informative, and a great atmosphere. My wife and I went in to just check things out because we figured it would be above our budget, but there was a great sale going on, so that made things easier to swallow. My wife and I bought a new couch and loveseat from la z boy Nanaimo it took 11weeks to arrive..(specialty ordered)..the delivery was perfect, arrived at 8:30am the delivery people were absolutely fantastic...up 13 stairs and set it up where we wanted 'em too ....the whole delivery took 10 minutes...great service...great delivery..we are happy...
