Lindsay was extremely patient and helpful while I chose my new Meyer sectional and Canadel coffee table. Llana computer generated photos of the new furniture set up in my family room. I am very appreciative of both Lindsay's and Llana's efforts. My furniture is lovely. Thank you.

I always loved the store and I could spend hours just to walk around. Beautiful and long lasting products. This time I visited the gallery to get ideas for the living room in our new home. Lindsay is absolutely amazing and my husband and I were more than just impressed by her knowledge. Most of all...she is super friendly, helpful and amazingly patient. Thank you

Anthony and Hayley were excellent to work with. They were very thorough and took the time to help us work thru a myriad of colour's, patterns and options that worked best for us. We were very impressed and would highly recommend La-Z-Boy Nanaimo and both Hayley and Anthony's customer service expertise

Misleading with maga style management blaming the customer for the store’s issue in ordering the wrong colour as well as pricing goofs on the invoice at the store. I ordered the mustard colour same as I the showroom the lighter colour came in and I was told by the manager it was the same colour nothing more that a lighting issue. I was charged delivery charges when returning item as it was not what I had ordered. It’s very clear to everyone but the manager that they are not the same colour.
