When we first visited La-Z-boy we were not sure what furniture we should opt for in our living room. I found it very overwhelming as there are so many choices/options. Pamela O’Connell was very helpful and informative. She was so pleasant and patient. As I was not sure what would fit best, she recommended that we have an In Home Designer come to the house to take measurements and create a 3-D image of the room with different selections of furniture. We recently shopped at Lazyboy and had Llana, their interior decorator come to our house and help us design a beautiful new living room. She created a warm and layered colour palette for us and then we met her again in the store to see the 3D finished look. We were given final decision on colours and styles. She even was able to incorporate existing furniture pieces to cut down costs. We couldn't be happier with the service from Llana and Alicia. Highly recommend
I have been indecisive about how to redesign our TV room…..until I met Hayley, the designer at Lazy Boy. She came to my home, measured and got the “vibe” and called me into the store a week later. She had pulled rugs, couch and side table options that fit the room perfectly! AND they are warm, comfy and modern! A perfect fit and now I get to say goodbye to my 35 year old furniture
We finally updated our living room by working with Hayley Savage and Pam O'Connell. Hayley came to our house and spent time measuring everything and had options ready to view the next day. Pam helped us decide on which pieces fit our budget. Excellent experience overall. Can't wait for delivery.
