Anthony and Hayley were excellent to work with. They were very thorough and took the time to help us work thru a myriad of colour's, patterns and options that worked best for us. We were very impressed and would highly recommend La-Z-Boy Nanaimo and both Hayley and Anthony's customer service expertise
Misleading with maga style management blaming the customer for the store’s issue in ordering the wrong colour as well as pricing goofs on the invoice at the store. I ordered the mustard colour same as I the showroom the lighter colour came in and I was told by the manager it was the same colour nothing more that a lighting issue. I was charged delivery charges when returning item as it was not what I had ordered. It’s very clear to everyone but the manager that they are not the same colour. Good quality products and excellent customer service
