Unlike the previous review I just read, I had a very pleasant experience at the Wyomissing La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery. I knew the price of the merchandise I was purchasing, as I carefully went over every detail, including discount, coupon, financing and delivery. Everything went as planned and I am now enjoying a beautiful sofa and plush new rug for a very fair price. Too bad for customers who don't confirm information concerning price and delivery agreements PRIOR to signing anything. "Not A Dummy"
i.e., A locExtortionists. I have never been so victimized by a business as the way La-z-boy is handling my transaction with them. I paid for a chair in full. I handed Kim Skiles my credit card, she received my payment, and gave me a receipt as proof of purchase stating that the transaction was complete and there was a zero balance. 2 1/2 months later, when my order comes in, they finally tell me that they've known that they made a mistake on the day I made this purchase.
