Excellent customer service, and my and I were not attacked when we walked in the door, but allowed to look leisurely.
The salesperson was wonderful, she was able to look up my older orders to select the correct chair and color I bought in the past. I by the same big man's rocker Recliner. I believe this is my fourth chair I bought from la-z-Boy. The only issue I had was the the previous chair color I had La-z-Boy doesn't make anymore, it's was dark chocolate. So this time I had to upgrade to leather in the big man's chair to get the color my wife wants to match our living room. My last chair I had for seven years the leg rest won't stay up ... read more
