Would give 0 stars if that was possible. Purchased a floor model in early March and I still do not have my recliner. The first scheduled delivery date they called and told me that they lost my recliner and that they were getting a replacement from Minneapolis and that it would be another 2 weeks for my delivery. Then they called a few days later and said they found the recliner and that delivery would be the following Monday. That date has come and gone.
