Great shopping experience looking for two recliners for my wife and I. The sales person took his time showing us every available option allowing us time to sit and try every chair until we found the perfect recliners for us. Love the new recliners.

The service I received was excellent, characterized by friendly staff and comprehensive responses to all my inquiries regarding the purchase.
I had spoken to a very nice lady in regards to a recliner on the phone. I explained my situation...Gloria then sent me a picture of a recliner which I liked...drove into town to see if. My wife and I looked at others...we ended up purchasing two recliners and a couch...she the asked Jorge the store manager to help us with the purchase...Jorge worked with us and provided us with a wonderful experience and a great DEAL ...Thank You Gloria, Bob and Jorge.
Initially, my wife and I were not in the store to buy. We had just come to compare La-Z-Boy to other products we had seen. But after Jorge showed us the products, the variety of fabrics, finishes, and quality, we talked it over and decided to buy the couch and chair that day. No pressure just knowledgeable sales person showing a great product. We couldn’t be happier with the experience.
