Warren was our sales person. He truly helped us by asking precise questions as to what we needed. With that information, he directed us to exactly what we needed! We purchased 2 recliners and a bed. He then made sure we added protection on all 3 items followed by a phone call as to delivery information Warren is very professional and polite. I will highly recommend him to anyone .
