Great service from Kathleen! Very happy with our new sofas! The workers here let you look without pressure and answer any questions without being pushy, we really appreciated that. Lazy boy is a product that sells it self and it shows. Delivery service had no issues as well.

I'm leaving this review at the request of La-Z-Boy of Monmouth Junction, NJ. It's premature to provide a star rating, as I have only just ordered the furniture (sofa, love seat, ottoman, and recliner) and will not receive it for several weeks (they say 6 to 10). So, I went with a middle rating of 3 stars. Let's start with the positives: Kathleen Zorrilla was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful with my order.
