My sales person,Laura, was extremely helpful locating all my fabric requests (pet friendly, performance and texture). She did not try to up-sell me which I truly appreciated!! This is the 3rd sectional (2 different rooms in my house) that I purchased from Lazy Boy. I highly recommend this store.
They were very patient and helpful on helping us choose the right lift chair
Kathleen knew her stuff. Was there for questions but not pushy? Couches were much more comfortable than couches at Ashley, USA furniture and Raymour Flanigan.
The experience at that lazy boy was great. Her name was Kathleen and she was wonderful she was very helpful. She helped me with a loveseat recliner to match the recliner I bought there a year ago.
