I'm leaving this review at the request of La-Z-Boy of Monmouth Junction, NJ. It's premature to provide a star rating, as I have only just ordered the furniture (sofa, love seat, ottoman, and recliner) and will not receive it for several weeks (they say 6 to 10). I made 2 visits to the La-Z-Boy store. During the both visits the staff was super helpful in showing me options for what I was looking for. Kathleen answered some follow up questions by email and Carmen was excellent at helping me narrow down my final fabric choice, once I selected the 2 pieces I was ordering. There was never any pressure to purchase. It was a wonderful shopping experience and I can't wait for my new furniture to arrive!
