The 87 year old lady was absolutely the best! The young dark haired sales rep who received credit for the sale should be moved to a new position. She blew me off and ignored me when I said I was from out of town. She told the wonderful elderly sales rep “don’t waste your time with them, they are from out of town”. When I asked the elderly lady if I could purchase the floor model - yes you can. I got my truck, loaded the chair myself, and bought the chair. Too bad I was from out of town.
Lilly was amazing! Very patient and knowledge. We are repeat customers and staff like Lilly are the reason why.
