Delivery was good but the chairs had large gaps. I called and had a conference call and they ordered 2 seats. One has arrived but not the other. A technician is supposed to come out to fix all when the other seat arrived. Can’t fully review until I’m happy with the product.

Everyone at La-Z-Boy was incredible - professional, kind, friendly, and very patient with my husband and me trying chair after chair and couch after couch. Also, Lilly, our designer, is fabulous!!! She is very knowledgeable and has a great eye for design. Thank you very much!
