I went to this store and spoke with Lance a sales person I wanted to give a review because quite often furniture store sales people act like buy here pay here sales people. Lance was the opposite , He was respectful, patient informative and really listened as he attempted to assist me. Customer service is extremely important so I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the level respect and courtesy he extended towards me yesterday.Great Customer Service
It was a great experience at the La-Z-Boy store and with the design consultant Lilly. She was wonderful, she brought fabric swatches and lots of other stuff for us to look and feel. Then when it came time to see our room with the furniture it was like we were in the room!!! If you haven’t looked at La-Z-Boy furniture you a truly missing out. Thanks to all the staff, especially Lilly (hope we spelled your name correct) Robert & Sheryl Jackson
Delivery was good but the chairs had large gaps. I called and had a conference call and they ordered 2 seats. One has arrived but not the other. A technician is supposed to come out to fix all when the other seat arrived. Can’t fully review until I’m happy with the product.
