The team provided great customer service, no pressure or marketing gimmicks. The design consultant was prompt, patient, skillful and listened well to my needs. I was impressed with how she measured the room to scale and provided a computerized layout configuration of my furniture choices; and being able to explore other catalog options and have them inserted. Finally, I was absolutely pleased with the manager’s clear communication and flexibility to help me stay within my budget.
