I had an amazing experience at your silverdale location. The sales representative was kind, knowledgeable and very receptive to my questions. I would recommend Kharlos Ebersole who had exceptional customer service.
The Lazy Boy in Silverdale was an excellent experience. Kharlos, the associate, was amazing. I brought my elderly mother in to find a chair that fit all her needs and Kharlos was exceptionally helpful. He was also the warmest, making the experience fun. My mom even wanted a selfie with him! The chair is perfect and the service was extraordinary.

The La-Z-Boy Company in Silverdale had stellar customer service. There was no pressure to buy up. Delivery & set was on time with staff that was professional, considerate & friendly. Everything was so great that my daughter bought the exact same one 2 days later. She can’t wait til her’s arrives. 100
