Chair arrived but is built off-center, making it difficult to lean back. (You can see how off-center it is through this photo of the back if tge chair.) Contacted the store five days ago, but still no call back. We’d like to swap it out or get a refund. Thank you.
The staff was real friendly and made sure I understood the chairs I was given. The recliner is exactly what I needed.
The salesperson, Khalistan, that I dealt with was excellent. He was knowledgeable and congenial.
Great! Everything from the store associates to the delivery personnel was awesome.
