We bought a recliner and it broke within 18 months. Dealing with this company and their outsourced warranty repair company (they only have a 1 year warranty unless you buy the extended warranty -which we did) is a nightmare. I regret my purchase, should have bought a Canadian made product. I will never buy a lazy boy product again, their are much better products and companies whose products are made in Canada.
Nicole is the kind of salesperson you want to meet in retail: she offers accurate information when needed, she gives you space to consider your options, and she looks for deals that you didn't ask for. Thank you, Nicole!
The salesman Dean was wonderful. We purchased a lifting recliner. He took the time to explain everything to my dad. He gave us his professional opinion and really took the time to listen to our concerns. Great salesman. Go see him.

What impressed me is how Nicole met us at the door and helped us with our choice of couches that we needed for our family room. She had a lovely smile and she was very easy to talk to. Nicole went one step beyond and made a diagram of our family room with ideas of where to place our three couches. It was a great shopping experience and I would recommend to ask for Nicole.
