We were shopping for a new recliner and decided to check out La-Z-Boy. We were greeted and assisted by Nicole. We spent considerable time testing and recling several different recliners receiving excellent options and informative suggestions. Not only did we purchase a new recliner but decided on a second one. Thank you Nicole for making our shopping experience successful and enjoyable. We were impressed with the large variety and selection available to choose from. Thank you very much.

I do not often write reviews, but- I do need to thank sales rep Hillary Anderson for making the purchase of my Lazy Boy recliner a stress free and enjoyable experience. Hillary is very knowledgeable on Lazy Boy products and she could accurately read my intentions- when to provide me with support and when to give me space (not push too hard) to consider my purchase. She was able to expedite the delivery- it arrived 3 days after purchase! I would highly recommend Hillary to anyone coming into the store.
