She directed us around the showroom to many options , and listened to our likes & wants. When we settled on THE Chair, she was efficient and thorough with the sale, including delivery and extended warranty choices.
Went in looking for a "recliner" Nicole Durocher met us with a big smile, she listen to our "wishes and needs for the recliner, offered several options and allowed us to choose the options that meet our needs and wants. Thank you Nicole. I can't wait to have my new chair and loveseat at home.
