I do not often write reviews, but- I do need to thank sales rep Hillary Anderson for making the purchase of my Lazy Boy recliner a stress free and enjoyable experience. Hillary is very knowledgeable on Lazy Boy products and she could accurately read my intentions- when to provide me with support and when to give me space (not push too hard) to consider my purchase. She was able to expedite the delivery- it arrived 3 days after purchase! I would highly recommend Hillary to anyone coming into the store.
Hillary was a great sales person..Quality furniture with a large selection .Very pleased with our purchase.
We recently ordered a double Lazy Boy chair and had a great experience working with Nicole. She was helpful without being pushy — gave us space to browse but was always nearby if we had questions. Nicole was knowledgeable about the products and made the whole process easy and relaxed. Highly recommend asking for her if you're shopping at La-Z-Boy
