Our sales associate Dean was very knowledgeable in helping us fit our new couch and chair in our space. He recommended to our height and needs for which couch would be most comfortable. We highly recommend lazy boy and Dean
Ordered new living and dining room furniture. Jaxon was very helpful in fully explaining options, fabrics, styles to me, many of which I didn’t even know existed - like extra height for tall people, lumbar support, different mattresses to choose from for sofa beds, etc. Then Kylie helped me choose fabrics and created the perfect colour scheme; even incorporating some of my own pieces into the design. I’ve never had so much fun picking out furniture!
Great Service and a Fair Resolution We recently made a significant furniture purchase for our recreation room from the La-Z-Boy Home Store in St. Catharines, which included a custom reclining sofa, 2 custom reclining chairs, a table for games/puzzles with matching chairs, an entertainment unit, a coffee table and two side tables. We have purchased a number of pieces of furniture over the years from Lazy Boy. While customers do pay a premium, we have found the product far superior to most furniture stores in Canada.
We received our new recliner today and the chair is very comfortable, very good quality. Thanks Winger for your help in getting us the perfect chair.
