We needed another recliner for our home, so I visited La-Z-Boy in St.Catherines to take advantage of a sale. Once inside I was surprised to see such a large selection of types and styles of chairs. I went to La-Z-boy in St Catharines to see what couches they had on sale. I wasn’t sure I’d find what I wanted at a price point that worked for me right now. Dean greeted my friend and I as we came in and was extremely helpful. I had some very specific asks and he more than met the challenge. We had a great experience with Dean today. Even though he’s new to the job, he knows his stuff and was able to get my parents into two perfect chairs for their needs and body types.
On Jan 3rd. at the St.Catharines store I purchased a Lazy-Boy chair from Nicole Durocher. I am a senior and told her what I did not want, and what I needed. She took me to the chair I was looking for and made sure I could use it easily. So friendly and helpful with knowledge of what her customer needed.
