Update: After reaching out to executives at La-Z-Boy who offered us the option to exchange our set. We ended up choosing something else, and paying more than we were credited in the how’s of getting something better. Unfortunately, after about 16 months, the new set is showing signs of material degeneration, and the seat cushions, despite being rotated regularly, are becoming lumpy with signs of internal slippage. My partner and I went to look at couches today, and within 20 seconds of entering the store, we were greeted by a sales associate an Asian lady, who asked what we were looking for. We let her know we were just browsing for couches, and she initially said okay and stepped away.
