We didn't know La-Z-Boy had customizations when it came to dining tables, so it was a great surprise when we had a lot of choices. We also greatly appreciate Hasan, who helped us with the ordering and pick up time. He was very patient and friendly. The table we got looks and feels high quality. It was a great purchase.
Lazy boy purchase experience was awesome. When you go to the store ask for Sarah. She was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the right couches and chairs. Our new room looks amazing because of Sarah’s expertise and design flair. Thank you!
BUYER BEWARE- bait and switch? After paying $10,500 we are extremely disappointed with the quality of the lazy boy furniture that arrived. The sales team and design consulted were great. The furniture in the store look good and was comfortable, but what we received was substandard quality furniture and not what was displayed in the store. Our table arrived damaged, getting a hold of someone took some time. The sofa cushion and chair had a stain and the sofa fabric was all bunched/ wrinkled making them look worn and old. Our purchase experience with Sahar was excellent. She provided information, made suggestions, and answered questions but didn't hover over us. It made for an enjoyable low pressure purchase.
After being extremely disappointed with the services of the Newmarket location, I came to the Vaughan location and was extremely happy with the service there. The sales consultant Sahar Rezvani went above and beyond to help me. Purchase made and so far I’m happy.
