Great experience buying our new couch. Hasan was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right couch for our new cottage. We had a design appt with Sherry and she did a great job showing us the best layout and configuration for our couch based on the size of our room. The whole process was very enjoyable and in the end we got the perfect couch for the perfect price. Lovely dealing with Sahar today. Helped me choose a chair that is right for my needs. I was hesitant to post a review this early in the process because delivery will not be taken until October however, I am optimistic. Hopefully the level of service will be upheld.
We had a great experience at La-Z-Boy Concord today!! Hasan was the absolute best!! He was kind and so patient with my senior mother. He gently and wisely guided her to the best choice for her home, and never made her feel that she was rushed, or in any way disabled buying this assistance chair/device.
