Jennifer Macdonald is not so good at her job I dont understand how she is in sales. She is slow, confused and doesn't seem knowledgeable about the products. She makes a lit of mistakes. There is no way she has been a salesman her whole life. She is also very rude and disrespectful. Other than that this location i think is good.
I had an excellent experience with Sarah at the Heartland location. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with the purchase I made, it an absolute pleasure to deal with Sarah. 👍👍👍
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and show me around the showroom without any pressure to purchase. While the furniture ended up being outside my budget, I left genuinely impressed by the level of customer service. Thank you to the team for making me feel so welcome.
My husband and I had a great experience at the Heartland location. We were greeted by a very polite Kyara who introduced herself, explained a few things and left us to navigate the store looking for a recliner for my husband. She didn’t put any pressure on us which was very much appreciated and was accessible when we had questions. Great selection of recliners. Love the fact that everything can be customized. You will pay more for quality, but I feel that it's worth it. Gigi was awesome and made sure we got everything we wanted in a couch.
