We bought a recliner and it broke within 18 months. Dealing with this company and their outsourced warranty repair company (they only have a 1 year warranty unless you buy the extended warranty -which we did) is a nightmare. I regret my purchase, should have bought a Canadian made product. I will never buy a lazy boy product again, their are much better products and companies whose products are made in Canada.
Very helpful service from salesperson Gigi and designer Neon. No pressure. Very happy with our purchase of apartment size sofa and matching chair.
